Cervecería Colorado believes beer is inclusive, collaborative, and celebratory.
We seek to honor the traditions, cuisine and culture of Mexico by utilizing traditional Mexican ingredients, flavors, and processes to create innovative styles of beer. Our beer is brewed to be shared with family and neighbors, and to create bridges, not walls, in our communities.
Our Story
Cerveceria Colorado, a sister brewery to Denver Beer Co., was founded in 2018 to highlight the culture, flavors, and traditions of Mexico through craft beer.
Cerveceria Colorado believes in the importance of supporting those organizations who work in and for our communities to support the greater good of humanity. We regularly hold “Cervezas for Causes” happy hours where 20% of proceeds are donated to select organizations. Please check our events page for upcoming Cervezas for Causes and to apply to become a participant organization.
Sustainability
At Cerveceria Colorado, we believe in the importance of environmental stewardship. We have one planet and we believe it is our corporate and social responsibility to help conserve and protect our resources, that's why each and every one of our cans are produced with 100% clean solar energy.
Did you know that over 50% of what Denverites send to landfill is organic matter that could be composted? That's why we've decided to implement a new compost program to reduce waste at our taproom.

We celebrate local organizations through our Cervezas for Causes plaform.
Every month we partner with a non-profit to have a celebratory happy hour with proceeds benefiting that non-profit. 20% of all our taproom sales go back to the organization. We believe in building bridges between our communities and uplifting organizations that seek to create a positive impact in Colorado and beyond.
