- Base salary range $40,000 - $45,000
- Bonus potential at 10% to 15% of annual salary

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, advertising or related fields
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a sales and marketing or alcohol and/or beverage industry role
- Schedule Flexibility - weekends and evenings are required for promotional events and festivals throughout year
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish & English)
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with clean driving record
- Physically able to stand for 8-10 hours, move kegs, and lift objects up to 40 lbs (seriously, beer is heavy!)
- Embrace continual improvement - able to creatively problem solve, actively learn, take risk, and give and receive feedback from peers, managers and leadership
- Ability to meet sales objectives in a competitive environment requires a type A, outgoing, go-getter, Johnny or Janey on the spot, highly organized, self starter personality for success in the role
WHAT YOU’LL DO?
- Cold calls. This is a pure sales position! Sales visits to bars, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores to gain new placements of Denver Beer Co products
- Develop and foster relationships with key contacts at existing and potential account
- Identify opportunities to grow sales volume in current and existing accounts and territories
- Execute in-store and on-premise promotions and beer festivals and events, working closely with distributor reps to grow mutual business
- Assist in the development and implementation of an Annual Business Plan
- Collaborare with our wholesale partners to provide value and resources for Denver Beer Co brands
- Complete sales and administrative reports with timeliness and accuracy
- Implement Sales & Marketing programs with wholesalers and retailers, including but not limited to:
- Minimum of one on-premise promotion per week
- Minimum of one off-premise promotion or tasting per week
- Collaborate with our wholesaler sales team a minimum if twice per week
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all sales and event activities are conducted within local, state, and federal laws
- Denver Beer Co Ambassador - have a strong passion for craft beer and belief in Denver Beer Co’s brands and mission.
